At 3 pm, July 20, 2017 local time, the ribbon-cutting celebration for handover of the Cameroon Conference Building Maintenance Project was held, this China aided project has been successfully implemented and delivered by ACEG.
Cameroon Prime Minister Mr. Philemon Yang and Minister of Culture Mr. Mouelle Kombi, Chinese Ambassador to Cameroon Mr. Wei Wenhua, ACEG staff in Cameroon construction project were invited to witness the event. Prime Minister Mr. Philemon Yang awarded Mr. Cheng Fan, Mr. Wu Shengyong and other two staff from ACEG construction team the senior honor "Knight Medal", to compliment their outstanding contribution to Cameroon.
Cameroon Prime Minister Philemon Yang delivered an address in the event and expressed his gratitude on behalf of Cameroon President to ACEG’s successful implementation and delivery of the project. He said that the Cameroon Conference Building Project has been highly concerned by China and Cameroon governments since the very begining. He spoke highly of ACEG’s excellent completion of high-quality which makes an important contribution to friendship between China and Cameroon but also provides a strong guarantee for the Conference Building coming into use on schedule, and this is also highly commended by the Cameroon government and local media. Cameroon Minister of Culture Mouelle Kombi read the letter of thanks signed by President of Cameroon, the Chinese ambassador to Cameroon Mr. Wei Wenhua also expressed the gratitude and congratulations to ACEG.
